A simple up and down 5K. We meet at Boxgrove Village Hall (free parking) and then pass through the Tinwood Estate and Halnaker climbing our way to the old windmill. Taken at steady pace (6.00/km), this lovely 5K run covers mixed terrain with a classic hill climb.
