THE WILD DROKE 6K – JULY

FreeThe wild Droke 6K is one of the toughest trail runs we deliver. We meet at Droke car park which is located on Droke Lane, halfway between East Dean and Upwaltham. There's nothing easy about this trail run. We kick off with a cracking hill climb that takes us deep into the woods, we then loop around on a network of hidden trails that get little use so are littered with obstacles to navigate. The run includes 3 ascents and 3 descents, a fantastic workout for the legs and lungs and stunning scenery...not advised for 5K beginners!
