Meeting at Cocking Hill car park you'll be guided out at slow pace as we climb up Hoefield Lane, we then descend through The Marlows and stunning pine forest. It's then a super fun run through Venus Wood and the Christmas tree plantation before picking up the South Downs Way to descend back down to the car park.
