AVERAGE RUN PACE – NICE AND STEADY
Get ready for The Sunset Trails. Meeting at Cocking Hill car park, you'll be guided out at slow to steady pace to the lower meadow trails. We then climb up the back of Linch Down to reach the South Downs Way. We then make our way through West Dean Pine Forest to reach the Linch Ball at the top of the South Downs Way to watch the sunset.
