SLOW PACE RUN
Meeting at Swanbourne Lake, you'll be guided out at slow pace past the ancient toll bridge and along the River Arun snaking your way to the back of Arundel Park. From here its a great climb into the back of the park before a lovely descent through meadows back to the lake and car park.
THIS GROUP TRAIL RUN IS FREE FOR ALL CLUB MEMBERS TO ATTEND. PLEASE NOTIFY THE RUN LEADER BY ENTERING YOUR FULL NAME BELOW AND HITTING THE 'I'M RUNNING WITH YOU' BUTTON
