Join us for an awesome nocturnal adventure as we run from Boxgrove up through the Goodwood Estate to Selhurst. This is a really fun 10K loop with a nice climb and then steady descent back to the start. We'll then walk to the Anglesey Arms for a well earned refreshing drink!
