Meeting at the Adsdean Triangle, you'll be guided out at slow pace on a stunning trail run. Passing through the Adsdean Organic Farm we climb up to the back of Kingley Vale Nature Reserve. We then descend using the Kingley Steps and pass through the oldest section of the nature reserve that holds some of the oldest yew trees in Europe. From the old section we then climb back up on a super fun trail before breaking left to descend back through Adsdean.
