If you're looking to clear your mind then this trail run is for you. We meet at the large free car park at the entrance to Selhurst Park Road. From here, it's a steady climb through woodland up to Stane Street, the old Roman road that passes through stunning meadows with excellent views to the coast. The run then concludes with some good hill work up through Eartham Woods.
