Join us for an awesome sunset adventure as we take on the mighty Charlton Forest. A really fun trail run, we meet at the Fox Goes Free pub in East Charlton. You will be guided on a steady climb to the South Downs Way, across the meadows and then back through woodland to complete a super adventurous 9K loop. Following the run, it's back to the Fox for a refreshing and well deserved drink in their lovely garden.
