Meeting at Counters Gate car park on the Goodwood Racecourse road, you'll be guided out at FAST pace through the Goodwood Estate. We then climb up through the pine forest towards Selhurst Park. From the park we head west dropping down to East Dean before one final climb back up to Counters Gate. Just over 10km of awesome trails!
