AVERAGE RUN PACE – SLOW 7-8MIN/KM
Meeting at Swanbourne Lake, Arundel, you'll be guided out at slow pace up through Arundel Park and along the river. We then hit steps 1, a super cool climb up towards the Monarchs Way. Looping through Houghton Forest towards Rewell Wood you'll then hit Steps 2. It's then fun trails dropping you back down to Arundel.
