AVERAGE RUN PACE – SLOW 9-10MIN/KM
Meeting at Cocking Hill car park you'll be guided down to the bottom of Cocking Down, it's then a nice climb to warm your legs up ready for the big one, a cracking climb up the back of Bepton Down. From the top we then descend through pine forest and loop back down to the South Downs Way to complete this fantastic 12km trail route.
