Join us for the Saturday SLOW, the perfect guided trail adventure for those runners that are either making their way back from injury or building their strength and distance. This guided 8km trail route will be a mix of hiking and slow running, super inclusive and open to all abilities. Meeting at the Selhurst Park car park on Selhurst Park Road.
