Join us for the Night Trails SLOW, the perfect guided nocturnal trail adventure for those runners that are either making their way back from injury or building their strength and distance. This guided 5km trail route will be a mix of hiking and slow running, super inclusive and open to all abilities. Meeting at the lower Madehurst Road car park. Demo SILVA head torches available.
