AVERAGE RUN PACE – STEADY 7 MIN/KM
Meeting at the triangle car park at the top of Knights Hill, just past the Goodwood Racecourse. You'll be guided out at stewady pace up to the top of the Trundle, we then descend towards West Dean before peeling eft and following the meadow trails through to Lavant. It's then a classic climb back up Chalkpit Lane to reach the Trundle.
