SLOW & STEADY RUN PACE
Meeting at West Stoke car park we have two run leaders for this guided trail run. The Steady pace group will head out at 8am and the Slow pace group at 8:30am, this ensures the groups can finish together and slower runners do not feel pressured. This stunning route forms a figure of eight through the amazing Kingley Vale Nature Reserve.
