KARIBU ‘Power Breathing’ Workshop

Join Sam LP, Salomon Trail Coach for a series of workshops that focus on Power Breathing techniques and correct breathing to become a stronger runner.


The series of three 2hr workshops will be delivered at 10am on Sunday 25th Feb, Sunday 3rd March and Sunday 17th March and based at Whiteways Cafe, Bury Hill.


Workshops are just £30 per session (non members) and £20 for members.
The workshops are open to any runner with a 5K ability looking to gain stamina for racing, power for the hills or to increase lung capacity so excellent for asthmatics or runners that struggle with their breathing.
Over the 3hrs, you’ll learn the basics or breathing, why we breath and how this relates to your running. You’ll learn about mind control and how to become more positive as a runner in testing situations, learning about even and uneven breathing techniques to help reduce the risk of injury.


Simple fact – most runners are chest breathers and only use 60% of their lung capacity whilst running. Just imagine how much better you would feel if you were using 80-90% of your lung capacity!
