Graffam to Cadence 9

Meeting at Graffam just past the church you'll be guided out at low pace up the Tegleaze trails and up onto the South Downs Way. It's then a series of woodland trails until 5.5km when you reach Cadence coffee for refreshments. Post tea & coffee we then head back out to close the loop and completing the 9km trail loop.
