SLOW & STEADY RUN PACE
Meeting at The Fox Goes Free Inn car park we have two run leaders for this guided trail run. The Steady pace group will head out at 8am and the Slow pace group at 8:30am, this ensures the groups can finish together and slower runners do not feel pressured. This stunning route forms a loop that heads North to meet the South Downs Way and then a fun descent through pine forest to Levin Down.
