Join Team KARIBU for a fun but gentle trail run through the beautiful Eartham Wood. We head out on the flat fire tracks before breaking off through the beach woodland with fun trails that snake through the trees. Taken at steady pace this is a nice introductory run to KARIBU or the perfect leg stretch post long run, children most welcome providing they are happy running 5K and accompanied at all times.
