Meeting at the Fox Goes Free in East Charlton, you have a choice of either a 6km guided route (Slow pace) or the 11km route (fast pace). The group will head out together at slow pace with the shorter route group peeling off to finish at 6km and the longer distance group pushing on at faster pace to complete 11km.
