Meeting at North Mundham Village Hall you'll be guided out at slow pace through Chichester Lakes looping round to pick up the canal footpath. At 7km you can grab a coffee or tea at the marina, it's then back along the canal footpath, across farm land in Hunston and back to North Mundham. Super flat... so a very different run for KARIBU but perfect run to get the mileage in!
