ARUNDEL RIVER AND HILL 9K – NOVEMBER

This exciting trail run starts at the Wildfowl and Wetland Trust, with 5K of flat trail that follows the river, warming your legs up for the 110m hill climb. You then descend down through Arundel park, running past Swanbourne lake to complete your 9K loop.
