SLOw RUN PACE
Meeting on the Monarchs Way on Turpike Road you'll be guided out through Rewell Wood and then descend to Arundel. A short road section takes us into the back of the park where it's a steady climb to pick up the river trails. You'll then be guided back up to the Monarchs way to close the loop. With two run leaders there's a choice of Slow or Steady pace.
