Get ready for the Sunday Steady. Meeting at Selhurstpark car park on the Goodwood Racecourse Road, you'll be guided out at steady pace on this fantastic trail route. We descend to Droke, climb back up White Road Trail to High Down, then loop around to East Dean. It's then one final climb to get back up to Selhurstpark Woods.
