Meeting at Counters Gate car park on the Goodwood Racecourse Road, you be guided out through the Goodwood Estate and over to Selhurst Park. We then descend to Droke with a steady climb up towards New Road, which drops us back down to East Dean. It's the a final climb back up to close the 14km loop.
