AVERAGE RUN PACE – SLOW 9-10MIN/KM
Meeting at Droke car park, you'll be guided out at slow pace up on the White Trails and deep into Droke wood. We then snake through the forest to reach Graffam Dowmn before a nice long descent to drop us back and complete the 9km trail loop.
