AVERAGE RUN PACE – SLOW 9-10MIN/KM
Meeting at the Adsdean Triangle near Funtington you'll be guided out at slow pace climbing up into the back up Kingley Vale Nature Reserve. We then descend to Stoughton and then follow the Pitlands Trails. It's then a steady climb back up Lambsdown Hill before dropping down Bow Hill and closing the loop. Just over 10-miles of glorious trails!
