AVERAGE RUN PACE – FAST 7-8MIN/KM
Meeting at the top of Arundel on the London Road, you'll be guided out at fast pace into the back of the park and along the gallops. We then descend down through the plantations, climb back to the top of the park, then make a valley run back down to Swanbourne Lake. It's then a final push up the sheep track to reach the folly and end the run.
