Meeting at the Adsdean Triangle, you'll be guided out at slow pace up past Adsdean House and then over to the back of Kingley Vale. As we climb up to the top of the vale we then descend then steps into the centre of the nature reserve. It's then a good climb back up to pick up our final trail that descends back to the triangle.
